Inspired by Esme · Built for possibility

A world with room for everyone.

We believe people with Down syndrome and other developmental disabilities deserve connection, opportunity, meaningful work, and the freedom to shape their own futures.

One little girl. A much bigger purpose.

Esme changed the way our family sees the world. Her joy and individuality inspire us to imagine a future where every person is welcomed for who they are and supported in becoming who they want to be.

The Esme Foundation was created to help people with Down syndrome and other developmental disabilities, and the families who love them. We are starting in Las Vegas and building thoughtfully for the long term.

Support that grows with a person, through every stage of life.

01 / CONNECTION

Families feel less alone

We envision compassionate connections and practical support for families navigating a new diagnosis and the years that follow.

02 / OPPORTUNITY

Meaningful work and learning

Our long-term vision includes employment readiness, supportive workplaces, and ways to build skills and confidence.

03 / INDEPENDENCE

More choices, more belonging

We want to help open paths to community participation, greater independence, and a life rich with purpose.

Building something that lasts.

Our vision is to create opportunities for on-the-job training in sorting products. With supportive guidance, people with Down syndrome and other developmental disabilities could build practical workplace skills, confidence, and greater independence.

We are at the beginning of that journey. We look forward to meeting families, community partners, and people who share this belief in what is possible.

Let's start a conversation.
